Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes how 10XDo, a product of 10XDigital Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our platform, applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using 10XDo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Who We Are

10XDo is a work-coordination platform built by 10XDigital Solutions. Our role with respect to your data depends on how you use the Services:

  • Personal or direct use — we act as the data controller responsible for your information.
  • Use through an organization — your organization is the data controller; we act as a data processor operating under their instructions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver and improve the Services.

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number
  • Organization information: company name, role, team structure
  • Account credentials: username and password
  • Platform content: tasks, messages, files, comments, and voice inputs you create or submit

b. Information Generated Through Use

  • Task activity: creation, updates, assignments, and completions
  • File and media attachments
  • Workflow actions and automation triggers
  • Activity and access logs

c. Usage and Behavioral Data

  • Features accessed, pages visited, and session timestamps
  • Interaction patterns and feature engagement

d. Device and Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

e. Third-Party Integration Data

If you connect external services (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM, or ERP systems), we may receive data from those platforms to the extent required to enable the connected workflows. This data is governed by your agreements with those third parties as well as this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Services
  • Enabling task creation, workflow execution, and team coordination features
  • Supporting and managing third-party integrations
  • Improving product performance, usability, and reliability
  • Detecting, preventing, and responding to security incidents or misuse
  • Sending service-related communications and support responses
  • Meeting legal and regulatory obligations

We process your information only to the extent necessary for these purposes. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your organization — if you access 10XDo through a team or enterprise workspace, your organization's administrators may have access to your account data.
  • With service providers — we engage trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, infrastructure, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to keep it confidential and secure.
  • With integrated platforms — when you authorize a third-party connection, relevant data is shared to enable that integration.
  • For legal reasons — we may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 10XDo, our users, or the public.
  • In connection with a business transfer — if 10XDigital Solutions undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before any such transfer.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege principles
  • Secure API and webhook handling
  • Continuous monitoring, logging, and incident response procedures

While we take security seriously, no system is entirely immune to risk. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights or interests, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable requirements.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

10XDo may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. These integrations are provided for your convenience, and their use is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or security of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the relevant policies before connecting external platforms.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Your data may be stored and processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using 10XDo, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We retain your data for as long as is necessary to:

  • Provide the Services and maintain your account
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When data is deleted — whether at your request or following account closure — it may persist in encrypted backup systems for a limited period before being permanently purged.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address listed in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some requests may be subject to identity verification.

You may also opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or updating your notification preferences in account settings.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance platform performance, understand usage patterns, and improve your experience. These include session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (retained across sessions for preference and authentication purposes).

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-product notice.

Your continued use of 10XDo after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
